The Urban Decay Brow Beater is a microfine pencil which provides a smooth, even and precise application. Containing vitamin E, argan oil and coconut oil and equipped with a brow brush does this pencil warrant the $36 price tag? Continue reading to find out.
I have fine, sparse brows and I find most brow products can look super fake and give a ‘drawn on’ look. This wasn’t the case with the Urban Decay Brow Beater. The microfine pencil really does give a natural finish. It looks the most natural out of any brow product I have tried. You could certainly build it up for a stronger brow but I like my brows to look undone – if that makes sense.
I use the shade Taupe and it is amazing! Many brow products contain warm tones which are not common in brow hairs so I love that this shade is neutral. As for longevity – it lasts all day on me. I have never felt the need to touch up.
Although I really like the Urban Decay Brow Beater, I found it ran out really fast. I got about two months use out of it and I dont use it every day. I was pretty disappointed with the small amount of product considering it cost $36. The packaging is gorgeous and I love the convenience of the brow brush but I cant bring myself to re-purchase it as there are similar products available for half the price (I will be reviewing one very soon).
I seriously love this product and I do recommend giving it a try if you are unable to find a brow product that looks natural. If you are in Australia you can purchase it here or if you are in the US, find it here.
